In the past years, we have established an efficient mold-making system, characterized by finely-organized structure, well-equipped facilities, and well-trained employees.

Finely-organized structure

Being in mold making industry for so many years, we know that good organization will make our jobs more efficient and minimize the occurrence of confusions and mistakes. Thus, we finely divide our mold making shop into several teams among which are CNC machining room, Ram EDM room, Wire EDM room, Grinding group, Lathe room, polishing group, assembly room, drilling and other machining groups. A production plan department has been established to coordinate all these groups and teams.


Well-equipped facilities

Our tooling shops are equipped to the actual needs. You can find machines of different capabilities and specifications in our tooling shops. Some are suitable for precision machining such as CNC machines from Japan, Europe, etc; some are suitable to machine big sized blocks such as CNC machines from Taiwan and China Mainland. We will appoint different jobs to these machines accordingly.
Say, in our Wire EDM rooms, we have several precision wire cutting machines from Japan and some from Taiwan and mainland China. No doubt, the precision wire cutting machines are used for machining close-tolerance dimensions while others are used to cut loose-tolerance dimensions. It is the same in our Ram EDM room. We have several good machines from Switzerland, which can machine parts requiring high standard surface finish or close tolerance. But, as you know, not every part requires such good surface. Thus, RAM EDM machines from Taiwan and China Mainland are also playing big roles in our factory.
We are always making the best use of these machines.




Well-trained workforce

Good machines mean nothing without competent workers. Thus, we spare no effort to improve our employees.
We have established a stable staff in our factories including managers, engineers and technicians and workers, etc. 80% workers in our 1st plant have worked 5+ years with us. Most of them have good education background as well.
Here, in our factory, we provide training on a regular basis. Sometimes, they are trained in-house and sometimes they are trained outside in professional training school paid by factory. We attach big importance to it and do benefit from it.
